I love coloring and I’m doing my best to memorize more Bible verses so I decided to put all my free Scripture coloring pages together in one place. Most of the pictures are from one of my favorite Bible verses — Philippians 2:3. Scroll down to download ALL the Bible coloring sheets for free!

Coloring God’s Word
Coloring can be a relaxing craft project to do anytime or you can incorporate it into your daily quiet time with Jesus. Either way you use it, this can be a great creativity tool to help the renewing of your mind and hide the treasure of God’s word in your heart.
If you’d like to know more about having a daily quiet time, check out these resources:

What to Use to Color
Here’s what I use, in order of my preference:
- Colored Pencils
- Primacolor Artist — Expensive but absolutely gorgeous color. Get these if you’re a serious artist or “color-er”.
- Prismacolor Scholar — This is the less expensive set of 12 that I have. Still love these!
- Crayola — These are the best, most affordable, and easiest-to-find set. Great quality for the price.
- Prang — I have a set but don’t use them much. They are nice though. And occasionally you can find this set of 50 for $6.99 on Amazon!!!
- Rose Art — Do not recommend. Yes, they’re cheap but I’ve never had a good experience with them.
- Crayons — Again, I stick with Crayola. Theirs are much less waxy.
- Markers — Ditto. In my opinion, Crayola makes the best markers. The Super Tips are my favorite.
FYI, Crayola colored pencils are what I use most often out of all my coloring supplies. The cheaper pencils are just that… cheap! Last year I finally bought this box of 50. I really wanted all the subtle shades that it had. But if you’re just starting off or don’t want to spend much just get a smaller box of Crayola, NOT the larger box of the cheap brand! Here’s the box of 12 that you could start out with for about $4.
And now, on to the printables! You DO have permission for personal use, a church women’s group, kids Sunday School or VBS. Just don’t sell them. You don’t need to tell me that you’re using them but I would appreciate it if you do. I’d like to know if these are helpful.
FREE Bible Coloring Pages That I Drew
Yep… I created these myself! I hand-drew these for our church women’s conference back in the day before I knew how to use Canva. (Canva is sooooooo much easier!!!)
Click on the links below to download the PDF. Save them to your computer and then print as many as you want on plain printer paper or lightweight cardstock. I’ve done either and both will work fine.
- Psalm 66:11
- Psalm 103:1
- Psalm 103:11
- Psalm 118:1
- Psalm 145:8
- James 1:2-4
More FREE Scripture Coloring Pages
I hired an artist to create these coloring sheets for me. BTW, you will see a few “oops” in the pages. My artist is still a little new and I didn’t bother with having her fix them. I’ll just color over them.
- Psalm 100:4-5
- Proverbs 3:5-6
- Proverbs 4:23
- 1 Corinthians 13:13
- Philippians 2:3
- 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
- James 1:2-3
Adult Coloring Books
Most adult coloring books aren’t my style but I have found a few that I really like. I’ve listed them below.
These resources aren’t free but you can get a LOT of your favorite verses to color when you purchase one of these Scripture coloring books. Some of these would also be appropriate for older children.
- Set Your Mind on Things Above Coloring Book — I love that this one has little devotionals on each page opposing the coloring sheet.
- 365 Promises from God’s Word to Color — A sweet little purse-size book to carry with you. Another book that has the promises written out on the left side and a picture to color on the right side.
- Hymns Coloring Book — I love the old hymns so this one made my cut too!
- Stained Glass Nativity Coloring Book — Most of the nativity coloring books were for young children. I don’t have this one yet but it looks promising. If you get it let me know what you think.
- Debbie Macomber’s A Very Merry Christmas Coloring Book

Since I’m right handed, I probably should have started in the upper left corner instead of the lower right. But most of the time I turn the page to get a better angle anyway so I guess it doesn’t really matter. I used my Crayola pencils for this page. After trying lots of others, they’re still some of my favorites… probably 2nd after…. Wait! That’s going to be another post!
I think the blues in this set may be my favorites!

Our church ladies’ group is called “Titus 2 Women.” Could you put together a coloring page of something from Titus chapter 2?
Thanks!

Thanks for asking, Rachel! I’d love to but it will be a while. I’ll try to remember to let you know when I have one ready.
