Are you planning a trip to Magnolia Market and wondering where to stay in Waco? Here’s your list! In full disclosure let me say that I haven’t actually stayed in any of these, at least in the last 15 years. My family lives close enough that I just stay with them when we go to Texas. Waco is just a day trip for us! So I’m trusting my sources and what I’ve seen on the outside of these hotels and houses. If you’ve stayed in one of them leave a comment and let me know what you thought.

Where to Stay in Waco
Magnolia House
Of course, everyone’s dream is to stay at the Gaines’ own B&B. But Magnolia House is booked through 2017 and I’m sure that when they open next year they’ll be booked within a few days. If you are one of the lucky ones to rent this home featured on Fixer Upper, you’ll have to rent the entire house (sleeps 8) and you’ll pay $995 per night.
Also, just in case you didn’t realize this, Magnolia House is NOT in Waco. It’s actually in McGregor, about a 25 minute drive from the silos.
I found this video on YouTube of a lucky fan who got to stay at Magnolia House!

Airbnb Homes Featured on Fixer Upper
Did you know that Magnolia House isn’t the only home featured on Fixer Upper that is available for rent? I recently learned that at least six homes are available to rent on Airbnb or other home sharing sites! Including the Shotgun House for around $325 per night (sleeps 4), the Mid-Mod for around $330 (sleeps 6-12), the German Schmear House for around $285 (sleeps 9), the Down’s House for around $350 (sleeps 4), and the Mailander House for around $250 (sleeps 4).
Clint Harp’s home is even available for around $550 and sleeps 12! (Search airbnb.com for “Harp House”.)
You can also rent one of my favorite homes featured on Fixer Upper, the Barndominium. It’s listed for $1200 per night and sleeps 20.
By the way, if you don’t already have an Airbnb account CLICK HERE and I can give you a $40 credit for your first trip! We’ve used them several times and had great experiences. Just message me if you have any questions about how it works.
