St Patrick’s Day Cookies
The shamrock cookies (in the photo above) are actually “cheater” cookies. I bought some O’Neill’s Shamrock Shortbread cookies and decorated them with melted white chocolate and green sanding sugar. You could also decorate Oreos or any other storebought cookies if you don’t have time to bake.
But if you do have time to bake, check out these fun cookie recipes.
St. Patrick’s Day Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate and Mint Shamrock Brownies
I guess these aren’t technically cookies but I’m going to include them. I love brownies! And I got a shamrock cookie cutter set to make them with.
