Today I’m sharing another fun project we did for our Galatians Bible journaling group this summer, our Fruit of the Spirit craft watercolor card. I loved seeing how everyone’s cards turned out so different even though we all used the same supplies! This was very similar to our Galatians 2:20 cards but with different stamps.

Supplies for Fruit of the Spirit Craft
- watercolors – You can use any watercolors you have. They don’t have to be expensive. I used this watercolor set.
- paint brush – Most watercolor sets come with sad little paint brushes. I like to have a larger round brush like these.
- watercolor paper – If you’re careful you can use cardstock but watercolor paper works a lot better.
- Fruit of the Spirit stamps
- ink pad
The most important thing to remember is to use a solvent based ink, NOT a water based ink. Heidi Swapp will explain why in this video:
Jordann actually used the stamps in her journaling Bible and carefully watercolored them.
I just made a card and put all the fruit on a “tree”.
Thanks for reading!
‘Til the next project,
