I’m back from a short blogging break. December was busier than I was expecting for online sales, which is a great problem to have. So between Etsy, Country Outfitter, and the other local flea market & vintage sales I was completely swamped and almost everything else got behind.
Now it’s time for a little relaxing, visiting with family, and planning for 2015. But before I leave for Texas I had to set up for two more sales.
This is a first for me… Paris Flea Market AND Room With a Past are open at the same time! PFM’s regular weekend is the first of the month. For January 2015 that means that opening night is January 1. We only switched the hours. Instead of 5-9, we’ll be open 10-3. And RWAP always has a special sale on New Year’s Day.
You’ll see a big difference in the two shops in these photos. My shelf at Paris is black. I’m using my vintage crates, and the new crates I distressed to look vintage (click here to see how I made them… or click on the photo of the crates below), to display necklaces. You’ll also see lots of turquoise and some jewelry cabinets painted CeCe Caldwell’s Thomasville Teal.
Now… on to my Room With a Past. My shelf in that shop is a light cream color so I used my lighter displays there. Lots of pearls, crystals, & snowflakes with a little vintage patina thrown in.Do you see a little snow theme goin’ on here! There is one crate on the bottom shelf. This is my Christmas clearance rack! All Christmas is 50% off. I don’t have much left but I’m hoping it will move.
If you’re in the Modesto area my jewelry will also be available at the Almond Blossom Barn Boutique in Waterford on January 2-3.
You can see my complete schedule for 2015 here. I’ll be doing even more local shows that I did last year! Click the button below to sign up for my emails and get reminders. Newsletter readers also get extra coupons for my Etsy shop and are entered into monthly giveaways, too!
