As I mentioned yesterday… Easter is coming early this year! I’m trying to get ready with a few easy decorating ideas and some menu ideas for Easter dinner. I’m thinking about making cookies for dessert so I thought I’d share a few of the super cute Easter cookie ideas I found.

Last time we rolled these in a cinnamon/sugar mix but for Easter I’d roll them in powdered sugar and make them more egg shaped than round!
Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
I’m going to mix up a few of these, too, for those in our family who are skipping the gluten.
