One of my neighboring vendors at Treasure Island Flea has a booth full of vintage plant stands and small tables that she uses to display her jewelry. I thought about her immediately when I saw this little stand in a local thrift shop. I think I paid $3.00 for it. It didn’t take too much work to turn it into a DIY jewelry display for my vintage flea markets, along with another interesting find from the Antique Trove in Roseville.

Suppies Used for DIY Jewelry Display
This wood was just a little too hard to screw the cup hooks into without starting a hole with my Dremel. I made a hole in each corner and another halfway between each corner.
Here’s the surprise piece… an old ammo box that I found at Antique Trove in Roseville. You can see it AND the plant stand being put to work at Roses and Rust. I’ve also used it for a photo backdrop and now it’s a plant stand in the corner of my living room.
