Both Room With a Past and Paris Flea Market have TWO monthly sales full of Christmas goodies. RWAP is over the top with Santas this month!
Remember back this summer when I announced that RWAP was closing? Well, after that Susan sold it so we are staying open and plan to be open for another ten years! But our hours have changed just a bit. We’ll be open now on Thursday and Friday 4-8, Saturday 9-4, and Sunday 10-4.
Elaine is the new owner and she is making a lot of changes! So many that the shop wasn’t photo ready when I went in to set up. But I’ll be sharing photos… it’s beautiful!
Having back to back weekend sales is a little tough. There’s usually a week between PFM and RWAP but because of the holiday this month RWAP was moved up. Only ONE of my painted jewelry cabinets is left after last weekend (see them here). All I have now is the Thomasville Teal jewelry box in the photo above.
I thought it looked a little like Christmas exploded inside the shop so I took a few photos.
I also upgraded to a Royale PicMonkey account so I can make a bigger variety of collages now. In case you haven’t ever used it, it’s a fun and easy online photo editing site. You can do a lot for free but even more when you upgrade to Royale. And it’s only $2.75 a month!
We have some new consignors at RWAP and they’ve transformed the back wall of the main room into a Christmas wonderland!
This month there are TONS of vintage Santas, vintage, handmade, and new ornaments, lights, garlands, and elves.
I really want this “Keep Calm and Jingle On” pillow!
Vintage typewriters have been pretty popular in the recent sales I’ve been going to. I sold mine last month. So I guess I really shouldn’t buy another this month but this green one was tempting me!
If you’re looking for a vintage elf for The Elf on the Shelf, we’ve got them! Here are just a couple of my favorites. I think Jordann has the ones I bought last year.
My hours are different this month, too. I’ll be working Friday from 4 to 8. Come see me if you can! Times, dates, and directions can be found here.

Fun site! I love your pictures 🙂 Oh, this is a busy time of year for us creatives! I do love peeking in the shops even though its not quite Christmas season yet.
