Yes, you read that right… I’m sad to announce that this is my last month to sell at Room With a Past.
It’s now “normal” for me to have 3-4 sales in different locations every month now. Â I had to make a decision about which to keep and which to give up and after months of thinking, talking to friends, and making for/against lists RWAP didn’t make the cut.
It was a hard decision since I’ve been there FIVE years and I love working with these ladies. Â But in May I can start being a regular customer there!!! Â I’m looking forward to that.
Our new owner is making a lot of changes and really updating the look of the shop. Â One thing she did this month was replace the shelves that Mandi and I were displaying on and brought in a huge bakers rack.
It was big enough for the both of us. Â Take a look.
I thought it was very appropriate that I finish my time at RWAP with Mandi. Â She was the first person I ever met from the shop.
And that’s a great story!
At the time I was selling vintage papers in my Etsy shop. Â Mandi ordered some and I remember thinking when I mailed them that I should just take them to her since she only lived a couple of miles away. Â Then I thought that would be kind of weird to order something online and have the person show up at your doorstep! Â But it wasn’t too much longer ’til she contacted me and told me about the shop.
It was about two years later that I became a “Roomie” and started selling there myself.
BTW, she’s also the only person I know IRL (in real life) that has more pins than me! Â Here’s my Pinterest account… come follow me:Visit Ann @ Duct Tape and Denim’s profile on Pinterest.
Here’s a sneak peek at a sheep chalkboard I made for Easter. Â (Before & after photos coming soon.)

‘Til the next project,
