Today we’re sharing the second project from last summer’s family wedding — DIY handstamped muslin wedding favor bags. These were so easy I almost didn’t even share them. But we had a lot of comments on them so I’m hoping if you’re looking for favor bags you’ll see how easy these are and try it yourself.

DIY Wedding Favor Bags
You can get muslin bags similar to these on Amazon for about a quarter a piece. Then, of course, you have to have a craft day for everyone to take turns stamping. I used my favorite ink, StazOn jet black ink, and a rubber stamp I bought at a local craft shop. (I’m trying to find it online. I’ll add a link later if I do.)
At the wedding we had these available in a little basket for our guests to take home extra cookies. (Also still looking for a photo of the basket at the wedding. That may be added later, too.)
These cookies were baked onsite by our amazing caterer, Juan, and his team from Elisa’s Catering.
We got a little crazy with the stamping on our craft day party so we had PLENTY of bags and LOTS left over. I brought them to the Room With a Past sale this weekend. But if you’d like some, leave a message and I’ll sell you what I have left… or have another craft party and make more!
