I was by myself at Roadside Relics for most of the day on Saturday so I didn’t get much time to walk around and take pictures. These vendors were close to me and I got to see their things and talk to them throughout the day.
Debra from Vintage Farmhouse was right next to me. I LOVED her space. Can you guess why? lol… if you’ve followed my blog for a while you know I have a thing for turquoise. Almost everything in her space was turquoise and red. Her business card was turquoise and red. She said her shop is mostly turquoise and red. Even her vintage trailer is decorated in turquoise and red!
Yes, I did buy a turquoise cross! Loved how they were displayed in a red shopping basket. And someday when I get a vintage camper I’ll buy the recycled wood art with the turquoise camper on it!
This cowboy painting was big! Loved it, but nowhere to put it. Actually, I wanted to buy everything in her space. But my purpose there was to sell, not buy… sigh…
Now you know I’m not a huge pink fan but there was just something about this typewriter that I loved! Whenever I see old typewriters I think about the little girl that was shopping with her mom at Room With a Past and said, “Mom, look at that neat keyboard.” We had to show her what it was and how to use it.
There was a lot of color in this booth. A lot more than I would ever use. But just wait ’til you see the space I’m planning for Treasure Island! My daughter will be so impressed.
What I did like about how this space was set up was this yellow table right in the center. They had two spaces, so 10′ x 20′ with tables, shelves, and smalls stacked around the edge. This bright yellow table was right in the center with more stacked on and around it, leaving a walkway around it through the space.
Look… another vintage Singer sewing machine! It’s a little nicer than mine but selling for 3x as much. So come buy mine! 🙂
