This has been a busy week at Paris Flea Market Livermore, California!  We celebrated Susan’s birthday, I taught a class on how to use Pinterest to drive traffic to our shop, and our big grand opening for the new part of the store,  the French Quarter, will be February 5-8.   I’ll be working in the French Quarter on Thursday evening.  I’m hoping to get there a little early to take some pictures of the new part so come back next week (or follow Our Shop board on Pinterest).
There’s a lot of love going on in the shop already. Â Here’s a few handmade hearts on my shelf. Â They’re sitting on a jewelry box I painted with CeCe Caldwell’s Thomasville Teal, one of my all-time favorite paint colors!

This next photo is a little dark but I tried to show you one of the ways I add some height into my little space. Â I try to stack cake plates and pillar candle sticks. Â They’re all for sale, too, so sometimes my space looks completely different on Sunday than it did Thursday night!

This is a wooden divided wine crate that I’ve used before at the Treasure Island Flea. Â I tacked some jute string along the front and hang my earrings from it. Â You can see it much better in a photo on this blog entry from the May flea market.

These key rings are a new item this month. Â Jordann wanted a key ring with a tassel and I couldn’t buy just one so now I have a BUNCH! Â They’re all one of a kind so not in the Etsy shop… but the tractor key ring is! Â It has a hand-stamped tag that says “MY OTHER CAR IS A TRACTOR“. Â I have a tutorial to show how I made this display, too. Â Hopefully it will be up in a few weeks.

So here’s my whole shelf… what do you think? Â I think I need something on the wall behind it!

Please feel free to pin any of my images you like. Â And follow my Flea Market Design Pinterest board.
