I love jewelry!!! It’s a good thing that I make and sell jewelry myself or I’d be broke! And I love to keep my jewelry organized with some vintage pieces from my grandmother. Today I’ll share some of my jewelry organization ideas with you.

Crystal Ring Holder
I got this ring holder as a graduation gift *#@(^ years ago. lol… no, really, it was a little over 30 years ago, which is probably why I can’t remember who gave it to me! I wish I could remember so I could let them know that I’m STILL using their gift!
My ring holder holds my rings (of course!) and my bobby pins. I also keep my little prayer reminder and a tiny photo in it. The photo was one my mother-in-law kept with her jewelry. It’s her husband when he was a little boy. I received some of her jewelry when she passed away and I’ve kept the photo nearby ever since.
I see ring holders at thrift stores all the time but if you’re looking for one for a special occasion, here’s a Waterford crystal ring holder on Amazon.
My Grandmother’s Antique Glassware
My grandmother’s house was always full of beautiful antique glassware. When she died we each got a few pieces to remember her by. These stay out on my dresser. The clear piece above holds my Lilla Rose flexi clips that I wear every day and the pink Depression Glass dish below holds my hand stamped cuffs and some earrings.
Vintage Buttons
These old buttons were my grandmother’s, too. I use them for my smaller stud earrings. Now the pair will stay together and I think about my grandmother whenever I put them on.
Bird Necklace Holder
This is one end of my IKEA dresser. I keep my mannequin there with my rhinestone statement necklace (available on DuctTapeAndDenim.net). The coat rack behind it organizes my caps, scarves, belts, and holds my purse. And there’s usually a mirror on the wall but it was too hard to take pictures with it there.
I bought this many, many years ago at TJ Maxx. I used it for display at one of my shops for a while but it ended up on my dresser because I loved it so much. I use it to hold bracelets and a few pair of earrings that I wear a lot. Can you tell I LOVE bracelets!?!
I couldn’t find one exactly like it online but here’s a similar bird necklace holder on Amazon. I like the wooden base on this one. And I think it would be easier to get to my earrings on this one.
Jewelry Trays
A few years ago one of my friends cleaned out her parents house and brought me a box full of jewelry. The HUGE box included two storage trays. I love them because they’re so shallow. They fit perfectly into the drawer on my Ikea dresser. Each square is just right for a pair of earrings.
Here’s some similar jewelry storage trays on Amazon:
Umbra Bulletboard
A bulletboard is a combination of a bulletin board and a magnetic surface. I’m currently using tacks and some straight pins to hang up my necklaces. I have used magnets before it got so crowded.
I’ve been thinking about switching this out to something more vintage-y but I think I’ll need to thin out my collection a little before I do! That’s hard!!!
