“It’s the most wonderful time of the year…..” Everybody sing along! Every year I think autumn and Thanksgiving is my favorite time of the year. Then we start getting ready for Christmas and I change my mind! Especially after a day of setting up for the Paris Flea Market sale while it’s raining outside. We don’t get much snow here in the Bay Area so rain is our winter weather. And we need lots of it right now!
To the left is my top shelf this month… doesn’t look very Christmas-y from this angle, does it? I’m using the ‘stack technique’ this month. If one of my painted jewelry cabinets sells there’ll be something that can be moved to fills it’s space. And the jewelry cabinets have been very popular lately. I had to paint these two last week just so I’d have some for this sale! I’ll post about them soon.)
Here’s the Christmas crate I mentioned in this post. I arranged them so you can see the graphics on the top this time.
Below you’ll see some of the vintage salt shaker ornaments I’ve been making. I posted photos on Instagram as I was making these. These were the shakers that were too big to turn into Salt of the Earth necklaces. I love them as ornaments, too!
Sorry the photo isn’t very clear. I just took these with my iPhone and the lighting isn’t the best for photos. Plus I forgot to bring my “snow” to surround these with.
Speaking of ornaments, Pam had this beautiful tree in her room that needed some so I brought all my extras and loaded it up! I absolutely love her room!!!
There are more ornaments all through PFM. Look at these cute ones made with vintage tart tins! They’re in the back room.
I’ll be working Thursday night again from 5-9. If you can’t come by then we’ll also be open Friday & Saturday 9-4 and Sunday 10-4. Located at 535 Leisure Street, Livermore, California.
