Dinner Ideas for Busy Weekdays
We discovered Ling Ling last year. I’ve bought several different fried rice meals, potstickers, and dumplings from Walmart, Safeway, and Lucky. They also have several types of noodles. Bikeman says the Chinese-Style Vegetable Fried Rice is his favorite… even better than our local fast food Chinese restaurant!
Yes, this post is sponsored but we really do love their rice and potstickers! (Bikeman loves sponsored posts like this one.)
This bowl below is his favorite and took 3 1/2 minutes to cook. I took the bag of rice out of the freezer and while it microwaved I cut up some leftover chicken and green onions.
Two bags come in each box. Each bag is a serving, but if you add potstickers you could split a bag with someone.
Or add a bowl of my potsticker soup.
I personally like this combination: Ling Ling Bibimbap Beef Fried Rice and Chili Sauce Chicken Steamed Dumplings.

We recently discovered Ling Ling as well. It’s great for a quick meal when
No one feels like cooking.
