A few months ago I started selling my jewelry at The Spotted Cow in Walnut Creek, California, and needed to make some extra jewelry display crates that could be left there since it’s open EVERY weekend!

I’ve thought about personalizing crates for a while and I still have a few more ideas that I want to try. But for these I just wanted to make sure that customers knew these were my crates and not for sale… lol…
Of course, I used StazOn ink. It stamps on anything! I also used the same typewriter font stamps that I used back on my bridesmaid’s hanger project.
I bought a couple of packages of cup hooks to hang necklaces from.
The wood was soft enough that I didn’t even need to use my Dremel.
I just screwed them right in! You might be able to see in the photo below that I even screwed some into the sides of the larger crate.
I did a little mock set up at home before taking them down to the shop.
Take a look at them in The Spotted Cow!
